Scotland is in the midst of a food and drink revolution
A decade ago, Scottish cuisine was a bit of a deep-fried joke. Now the food and drink sector is one of our biggest employers and Scottish produce is in demand throughout the world, delivering record exports last year. The Ambition 2030 plan aims to double the value of the industry to £30 billion over the next ten years.
To get to that target will require hard work, talent and confidence. In Scotland we have some of the best produce available anywhere plus innovative and exciting manufacturers and top restaurateurs with more Michelin stars in Edinburgh than any other city outside London.
But we have failed to communicate that effectively.
Using unrivalled sector knowledge and the best contacts in the business, we are changing that by utilising traditional and new media to showcase our clients to the world. Businesses ranging from Gleneagles to The Three Chimneys and Ian Macleod Distillers have trusted us with their reputation.
Come and join them on the journey.
